Shipping Locations
Most orders will ship from Garwood, NJ via UPS ground. We reserve the right
to have some items shipped direct from the manufacturer.
Shipping Charges
Shipping is free on all orders EXCEPT liquor bottles and international orders. We ship from Garwood, NJ. Transit times varies from 1 - 5 days depending on location.
Shipping Time
Your order is shipped within 1-3 business days of receipt.
Transit time can be from 2-5 business days depending on your location. Once your order
shipped you will receive an email confirmation. If you require a tracking number kindly
contact our office by telephone.
Return Questions
Returns - All returns and exchanges will be subject to a 25% restocking fee, see below regarding damaged items. No partial cases are accepted for return or exchange.
Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt.

Damaged Shipments -
Do inspect all items at the time of arrival. Items that arrive damaged need
to be reported to us immediately, 908-233-1234. Do not throw out damaged
items as these may be needed in order to file a claim with UPS.
Replacements or refund will be issued for damaged goods.

Do you have a minimum order amount?
Our minimum order amount is one full case on containers and we will
sell closures(caps or pumps) to match. For liquor bottles, the minimum order is 1 palete
Do you have product samples available?
Yes, you can contact our office and request 2 pieces of any item with
closures as a sample, 908-233-1234. For sampling outside the United States,
we will require your UPS or FedEx account number in order to send samples.
What form of payment do you accept?
We Accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. Our online order form

Do items come with a warranty?
All items sold by Brad-Pak conform to acceptable manufacturing standards
and specifications. SELLER MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT THE GOODS
DESCRIBED HEREIN ARE FIT FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. It is up to the
end user to ensure their product is compatible with all containers, closures,and
components sold by Brad-Pak.
Do you have a printed product catalog?
We do not have a printed catalog, our website shows stock items that we
can offer at low minimum prices. If you have a need for additional or specialty items please contact us by phone at 908-233-1234. We can supply other containers and closures besides
stock items. Larger minimum order amounts will apply for non-stock items.
What is your shipping policy and can I order if I live outside
the United States?
For sales outside the US our terms are pre-paid via wire transfer and we require use of your shipping account number for UPS or Federal Express.
